We are pleased to announce that Professor Popoola recently completed an exciting visit to Northumbria University in Newcastle and Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland in October 2025.
The visit was aimed at supporting existing collaborations under the LEAP- RE program and knowledge exchange in the field of sustainable materials and cooling technologies.
This meant sharing information, best practices, identifying new collaborative projects for sustainable development/city and strengthening/enhanced the capacity of the research group.
In addition, a one-day visit to the University of Napier in Edinburgh, Scotland, was made to key start a collaboration.
He had the privilege of visiting various laboratories and academic workstations, engaging students and academics, particularly in the fields of electrical and material engineering.
This will bring collaboration research, skill development and academic support to the institutions.
