Research For The Public Good
We conduct contracted research and provide supervision services for both undergraduate and postgraduate students in the field of energy efficiency, renewable energy and power generation)
Specialised Training
Our training programs include solar thermal systems with emphasis on solar water heaters (installation, commissioning and testing), switchgear and protection, energy management (with the emphasis on a sustainable South Africa) and equipment maintenance. We also provide in-service training to students completing their studies in Electrical Engineering (Power).
